ZiB – Back to the Job

The unit ZiB – Back to the Job in co-operation with the Austrian job market service offers information, counseling and job market related courses for women reentering the job market, for women with no clear professional goals and for women searching for a job.

In our ZiB courses women participants are supported in working on and overcoming personal obstacles for a successful reentering to the job market.

The aim is to draft a realistic career scenario with attention to one’s individual situation, i.e. job experience and family situation.

In addition to this each course offers personal support and counseling for achieving a successful reentering to the job market.

It is our wish to strengthen women in their self-reliance, their skills and their self-confidence.
